1. What are your shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $50.
If your order is under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 will apply.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
If you place your order before 12:00 PM (noon), it typically begins processing the same business day.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be fully processed before shipment.

3. How long will it take to receive my order after it’s shipped?

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 5 to 8 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Weekends and holidays are not included in the transit time estimate.

4. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

5. What is your return policy?

You may return both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in new condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

Returns are processed by mail, and a prepaid return label is included in your package.
We do not charge restocking fees.

6. Can I exchange a product?

Yes! We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items within 30 days of delivery, following the same guidelines as returns. Just use the included prepaid return label to send your item back, and we’ll process your exchange.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

All payments are processed in USD. International customers may incur currency conversion or bank transaction fees.

9. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your payment is processed using encrypted and secure third-party processors. Jodo Blends does not store any credit card or payment details on our servers.

10. Why was my payment declined?

Your payment might be declined for several reasons. Please:

  • Double-check your billing information

  • Try another payment method

  • Contact your bank or card issuer

11. Are taxes or duties included in my order total?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
